ABOUT SANTA CRUZ

"This California coastal city is the very definition of laid-back.
Recent upgrades make it casually luxe too
."—Los Angeles Times

Santa Cruz County is not only a celebrated Mecca for the arts, but also a magnet for people with discerning interests including California historians, outdoor enthusiasts, lovers of fine wine, surfers of all stripes, and people seeking the summer relief of the deliciously bracing Pacific Ocean air. Add to that our spectacular coastal scenery, vibrant downtown areas, an array of premier restaurants, and the famous civic personality of this passionately distinctive university town—and you will find there is much to delight you during the two weeks of Cabrillo Festival events.
